Business Continuity Plan Disclaimer
DCF, LLC has developed a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to address how we will respond to events that disrupt our business. Such disruptions include power outages, natural disasters, and acts of terrorism. The actions detailed in the BCP vary in scope and are directly related to the magnitude of the disruption in question. For example, in the event of a telephone outage, DCF communications will be rerouted to an office of Elliott Davis Decosimo, LLC. Another example is if the DCF offices or building housing our offices be compromised, remote business locations will be established. The DCF BCP addresses the following: alternative location of operations; data back-up and recovery; financial and operation assessments; mission critical systems; alternate communications between clients, employees, and regulators; critical business constituent, bank and counter party impact.Although no plan can eliminate all risk or disruption to our operations, the DCF BCP will be continually reviewed and updated in order to diminish any reasonable risk.A copy of DCF's BCP is available upon request.
