J. Thomas Decosimo is Managing Principal of Decosimo Corporate Finance, with nearly 30 years of experience providing corporate finance and investment banking services to businesses across a broad range of industries. His investment banking career began with the roll-up of Coca-Cola and 7Up bottling franchises, where he advised on target valuations, due diligence, and acquisition financing. Since then, he has led numerous buy-side and sell-side engagements throughout the United States, with experience spanning industrial manufacturing, textiles, floor covering, consumer products, food processing, broadcasting, and distribution. He has served as lead advisor on company dispositions with a combined enterprise value exceeding $400 million.

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the American Institute of CPAs and the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) credential in business valuation from the American Society of Appraisers.
