Nick Decosimo
Senior Advisor
For 20 years, Nick served as managing partner for the Decosimo CPA firm, one of the largest CPA firms based in Tennessee and the Southeast. Professionally, Nick provided management and corporate structure advice to a wide variety of the region’s largest privately owned businesses, some of which are national leaders in their industries. Nick has been involved with numerous public offerings and significant debt placements. He has assisted clients with domestic and international mergers and acquisitions from both the purchase and the sell-side.
