Seeking Manager and Senior Manager level candidates to join our Transfer Pricing division. Transfer Pricing involves the planning, documentation, and defense of inter-company transactions for multinationals. An increasingly important aspect of Transfer Pricing relates to intangible/intellectual property and the valuation of this property. This position will be responsible for business development and selling of the firms Transfer Pricing services and working closely with our international tax partners and senior economists in assisting
U.S.
and foreign multinationals in developing global tax strategies. Prior experience in Transfer Pricing or valuation of intangible property for a Big 4, Top 100 Regional or consulting firm is essential. Candidates should be extremely organized, highly motivated and interested in taking initiative for their own personal growth and development. Client service orientation combined with creative problem solving skills, strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to manage, develop, and retain a team of transfer pricing professionals is desired. Responsibilities:
• Working with economists, attorneys and tax specialists to analyze and resolve international tax and finance issues faced by multinational corporations.
• Establishing relationships with clients, selling services, and participating in all aspects of an engagement from the planning to the execution stage.
• Incorporating financial information into a proprietary financial model and conducting economic, financial and accounting analyses.
• Assisting in drafting proposals, reports, document requests and other correspondence
Requirements:.
• Training and recruitment of personnel.
• Excellent project management and presentation skills required
Qualifications include:
• 7+ years of experience working in transfer pricing in an academic or consulting environment, having gained the technical skills and the professional qualities necessary to provide our clients with the quality service they expect.
• BA or BS in Economics with Finance or Accounting background; advanced degree preferred • Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (including strong presentation skills).
• Computer skills with knowledge of MS Excel preferred. Foreign language skills a plus.
