Lynn Rodgers is a tax princial with more than 30 years of experience in tax planning, consulting and compliance with an emphasis in investment and real estateentities and partnership taxation. She served as the Firm Tax Director from January 2005 until August 2012.

As the head of the alternative investment/hedge fund tax practice, she consults with entity managers and firm personnel providing structuring, transaction, and compliance solutions for domestic and offshore investment entities. Lynn also practices extensively in the partnership and real estate areas. Her partnership and real estate experience includes consulting regarding transaction/entity structures, partnership/operating agreements, partnership tax allocations, like-kind exchanges, debt workouts and partnership interest sales and exchanges.

Lynn is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and Chattanooga Tax Practitioners.

Licensed as a CPA in both Tennessee and Georgia, Lynn earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia. She is a frequent speaker at firm seminars for staff and clients, has been a contributor to the Bisk Education's CPE Network and speaks publicly at various tax seminars.
