Andy Lipscomb has been involved in a wide variety of engagements including valuations of chemical and textile companies, biotechnology companies, professional practices, soft drink bottlers, communication firms, and hotels and restaurants. 

Andy's duties with the valuation practice include industry research, monitoring and analyzing case law and accounting pronouncements related to business appraisal, technical accuracy, and editing reports.

He passed the CPA Examination in 1999 with three out of four parts above 90, and earned the AICPA designation of Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) in 2001. Andy graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a concentration in statistics. 

He was a five-time qualifier to the American Invitational Mathematics Examination, advancing to the USA Mathematical Olympiad three times.
