As Director of Decosimo Recruiting, LLC, Kathy Lane specializes in the recruitment and placement of finance and accounting professionals throughout the Southeast across a wide range of industries.

Prior to launching Decosimo Recruiting, Kathy was a top producer for a multi-billion dollar international staffing company. Her 15 years of accounting experience combined with a decade of recruiting and placing qualified candidates have enabled her to build lasting relationships with hundreds of key decision makers in companies throughout the region.

Kathy is a member of the Accounting & Financial Women's Alliance, the Association for Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Chattanooga Tax Practitioners, the Institute for Internal Auditors (IIA), the Institute for Management Accountants (IMA), the National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Kathy serves on the Board of Governors for the Walden Club and is a member of the Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute.
