Jennifer Lane, CPA, is a Tax Principal with the Entertainment Services division of Decosimo/Vaden, the entertainment and sports business management practice of the Decosimo CPA Firm, based in Nashville.

Jennifer has more than 20 years experience in public accounting, providing tax services to a variety of clients, primarily closely held businesses, their owners and pass-through entities. She has an extensive background serving the entertainment industry, specializing in multi-state taxation and royalty accounting.

Jennifer is a graduate of Portland State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), as well as the Academy of Country Music (ACM), the National Songwriters Association International (NSAI) and Source, Inc. Jennifer is the treasurer of the Board of Governors for the Nashville/Midsouth chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
