Brad, a CPA since 1985, has spent much of the last fifteen years providing accounting, management and corporate finance advisory services to a large variety of businesses.
Brad leads the accounting and auditing department in Cincinnati where he works with businesses with sales ranging from $2 million to $250 million. His clients represent virtually every industry, including investment partnerships, financial services, healthcare, restaurants and hospitality, manufacturing and distribution, and not-for-profit entities.
Brad's experience has been tied closely with mergers and acquisitions where he specializes in due diligence services, pre-acquisition reviews, operational reviews, financial forecasting, development of business plans, structuring senior and subordinated debt, assistance with the negotiation of purchase price and warranty breach disputes, and the development of financial reporting packages.
He has been involved with the valuation of a wide range of businesses including investment companies, wholesale distributors, employee benefit companies, newspaper and printing operations, restaurant chains, hospitals, and paint manufacturers.
Brad has experience in litigation and arbitration that has included providing expert testimony both in court and in depositions, and the preparation of valuation exhibits. Brad is an active community leader and serves on numerous civic boards.
Brad graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and then did post baccalaureate studies in accounting and management. Brad earned the AICPA designation of Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) in 2001.
