 Paul, a CPA since 1972, has spent the last 32 years providing corporate finance services to a large variety of publicly and privately-held businesses and well as advising numerous clients in the accounting and management areas.
Paul's clients have included many companies in a wide range of industries including: manufacturing, food processing, industrial distribution, transportation services, consumer products, broadcasting, textiles, and health care. Paul has been the lead advisor in the completed acquisition and financing of over 100 Coca-Cola bottlers; Chicago, New York, and West Coast 7Up bottlers; four Major League Baseball teams; and an NHL team. He was the lead financial advisor in the acquisition of a UK-based manufacturer with 28 global business units operating in 13 countries, as well as one of the main advisors in the acquisition of the home products division of Union Carbide.
Paul has a B.S. in business administration and accounting from the University of Tennessee and a master of professional accountancy from Georgia State University. In addition to his ABV designation Paul is also a Certified Management Consultant of the Institute of Management Consultants.
