Lynn’s practice area is concentrated on flow-through entities, with a particular emphasis on real estate and investment entities such as hedge funds, fund of funds, venture capital and private equity funds.
Ms. Rodgers has been with Joseph Decosimo & Company for over twenty years, consulting entity managers and providing structuring, transaction, and compliance solutions for business entities.
Ms. Rodgers is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Tennessee Society of CPAs, and Chattanooga Tax Practitioners. She has served on various community boards and is currently on the boards of Bethel Bible Village and College Access Center.
Ms. Rodgers earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia. She is a certified public accountant in the states of Georgia and Tennessee.
