Bill, a Certified Fraud Examiner, is Director of Forensic Services with the Decosimo Forensic Accounting and a business valuator with Decosimo Corporate Finance. He has over twenty-five years of experience in public accounting, fraud investigations and litigation support.

He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), The International Accounts Payable Professionals (IAPP) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

Bill serves as President of the Chattanooga Area Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is a member of the Business Valuation, Forensic Investigations and Litigation Services Committee of the TSCPA. He is a frequent speaker and presenter on forensic services, fraud investigations, fraud prevention and fraud detection.
