Assurance Principal
 Mr. Belcher received his CPA certificate in 1983, after graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Tennessee Society of CPAs, and is licensed to practice in Tennessee.
Mr. Belcher has provided audit and accounting services for both publicly and privately held businesses since 1981, and has provided audit and accounting services to governmental entities since 1991. Audit clients served include manufacturers in the food, furniture construction, printing, portrait studios, carpet, brokerage and investment industries, and governmental entities.
Robert also has 16 years of experience providing financial due diligence and other merger and acquisition services to a large variety of businesses. His corporate finance clients have included many companies in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, investment companies, portrait studios, environmental remediation, food processing, and venture capital funds.
Mr. Belcher is a Chattanooga native and currently serves as treasurer of the North Chickamauga Creek Conservancy, and serves on the Board of Directors of the North River YMCA. His other community activities include Junior Achievement and the Rotary Club of North River.
