Janice, former Managing Shareholder of FIS Associates, is a Principal in the Tax and Accounting division of Decosimo's Knoxville office. Before joining FIS Associates in 1991, Janice served as senior tax manager with Price Waterhouse in Nashville, TN.
Her emphasis is in the areas of accounting, tax compliance, and tax planning for physicians and other professionals. Her services include:
- Review of individual corporate, partnership/LLC, trust, gift, and estate tax returns
- Responsible for the compilation of monthly financial statements and the completion of year end accounting for physician practices
- Coordination of personal tax planning and projections with individual physicians
- Assists medical practices in determining the allocation of income among physicians
Janice is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Knoxville.
Janice graduated summa cum laude from Mississippi University for Women in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. |
