Decosimo CPA Named “Optimist of the Year”

Steve Davenport recognized for outstanding community involvement

The Scenic Chattanooga Optimist Club named Steve Davenport their Optimist of the Year at their annual Youth Appreciation Luncheon November 9th. Davenport currently serves as the Club Secretary and has been the Childhood Cancer Campaign Chairman for the past two years. In addition, he has participated in various community activities sponsored by the Optimist Club including Junior Achievement's "JA in a Day" and the Teacher Appreciation Luncheon at Calvin Donaldson Elementary.

Members are nominated and voted on by fellow club members. Any member who demonstrates outstanding participation in club activities and leadership within the club is eligible for nomination.
