Merger with Knoxville-based physician services group enhances Decosimo's service offerings for physicians' groups and expands its audit and tax solutions in the Knoxville/East Tennessee market

Joseph Decosimo and Company, PLLC (Decosimo) is pleased to announce that FIS Associates, Inc (FIS) has merged its accounting and physician services practice with one of the region's leading CPA firms. The merger will enhance Decosimo's capabilities in assisting physician practices, practice managers, and hospital-operated physician practices.

FIS has focused on the needs of physicians throughout the region for over 30 years and provides service in the areas of:
