McGruder Named President, Leadership Germantown Alumni Assoc

Arnold McGruder, a Principal with Decosimo's Memphis practice of Ison & Decosimo, has been elected President of the Leadership Germantown Alumni Association. Members of this organization are all graduates of the Leadership Germantown program which has as its mission "to establish a network of citizens who possess a commitment to improve the community and the skills to do so."

The LGAA sponsors the Jo Reed Community Service Award, two half-scholarships for Leadership Germantown students, the Jim Roberts Award for an outstanding Leadership Germantown student, and grants to the Student Government Associations at Germantown and Houston high schools.
