Chattanooga, Tennessee – Decosimo Corporate Finance, LLC is pleased to announce that Mission Stone and Tile has been acquired by Stone Source. Decosimo acted as the exclusive financial and sell-side advisor on this transaction.
Stone Source purchased Mission Stone & Tile, a Nashville, Tennessee-based company that offers natural stone and porcelain tile – including “Mission Originals,” a collection of original, exclusive designs – to residential clients, the design community, builders, and developers.
Stone Source is a design-driven company that provides natural stone, porcelain tile, ceramic tile, glass tile, engineered stone, and reclaimed wood. Headquartered in New York, the company has showrooms and offices in 14 major cities across the United States.
The acquisition of the Mission Stone and Tile business is the second acquisition for Stone Source in the past year. Stone Source previously purchased Alan Court & Associates in East Hampton, NY.
